• We process orders Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST may be processed the following business day. Most stock orders ship within 2 business days. Custom orders will ship within 5-14 business days, depending on quantity and artwork requirements.
    • Responsible environmental practices guide us to ship orders complete. Should any item(s) be out of stock or unavailable, we may place orders on hold until they can be shipped complete. If delay is expected to be 2+ days, we will send notice via email provided at time of order.
    • If an order is returned to HuggyGear due to incorrect or undeliverable address information, we will send one (1) notice via email provided at time of order. If corrected delivery address is not provided by customer within 10 business days, we will process a refund (to the original payment method) for the purchase price of product only. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • In-transit delivery is the sole responsibility of 3rd party shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Circumstances out of our control (i.e., natural disasters, holiday delays, shipping company mishaps, etc.) may produce delivery delays.
    • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for item(s) which may be lost or damaged in transit.
    • We ship to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, we ship via the most suitable method available, and at our sole discretion.
    • We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS.
    • We ship internationally via USPS. However, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, we ship via the most suitable method available, and at our sole discretion.
