We want you to be happy with our products and services. If for some reason that isn’t so, HuggyGear has a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Return Authorization.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Orders sent back to HuggyGear without an RA number will not be accepted or acknowledged.

To obtain an RA number, please Contact Us. Be sure to select ‘Request Return Authorization’ for the subject line.

Please provide ALL of following information in your email:

  • Clear and Readable Copy of Order Receipt / Paid Invoice
  • Order Number
  • Product Description (HM Model, Size, Color/Pattern, Quantity)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return

Our typical response time from receipt of your email is within 1-2 business days.

Returns must be shipped by US Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx to ensure tracking. Return shipping charges are at customer’s expense. Returns can be sent to the following address:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we'll refund the purchase price, less all shipping and handling costs, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process/post the refund. Depending on your financial institution, foreign transaction and currency conversion fees may or may not be refunded.

Exchanges
The way to get the item(s) you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is thought to be defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused), and in its original packaging.
